This week my sleeping patterns have completely gone off the rails, i'm sleeping at 11:30 or 12 now and it's really affecting my mood. Every morning i don't feel like getting out of bed cause i'm just so exhausted. On top of that i've got dance and vocal classes which really takes up alot of my energy, so once i get home i just want to sleep but i have to force myself to stay up and finish off my homework :( So starting from next week i'm gonna force myself to go to bed at 10:30 and no later than 11.
